Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and inventorying of stored goods at Benchmark. Key Responsibilities • Organizing properties and inventory • Inspecting storage items for defects and damages • Organizing the warehouse space • Receiving, unloading and placing incoming shipments appropriately • Organizing and loading outbound shipments • Keeping the facility clean • Operating Company vehicles as needed • Operating forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store items • Maintaining internal record-keeping systems • Adhering to Benchmark employment policies • Other responsibilities as defined by Production and Logistics Managers Required Skills/Experience/Education • High School Diploma • Excellent organization skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills • Current forklift operator certification • Clean driving record, trailer towing knowledge a plus (non CDL) • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs Internal Deputy • Production Manager • Logistics Manager
