Small cooperative Intentional community looking for members

Looking to find members for a small 3-5 home community. 2 houses currently on the property, along with a barn, small animal shed, & a pond, on about 35 acres, currently conventionally farmed. There will be weekly communal meals/potlucks, & common chores involving a community garden, community orchard (eventually) & shared tasks for taking care of a few goats, a few chickens. Options will be to rent (short or long term), purchase a house if available, or build your own house.
