Bass player in Astoria looking for other musicians (guitar, drums, keyboards, etc.) to jam and write songs with. Influences and interests vary widely: Sonic Youth, Battles, the Fall, Faust, Devo, Polvo, the Cure, Blur, Slint, Wire, Shellac. Arty, postpunk, noisy, clever, thoughtful. Astoria Soundworks is a fantastic place to practice. I’m in my late 40s and work a Monday to Friday job.
