JOB PROFILE: LEAD POOL TECHNICIAN JOB STANDARDS Your Mission Becoming a valued Fox Residential Services Group team member in growing and developing the company through support, contribution, leadership, innovation, and serving within the framework of the culture, mission, and vision of the Company. Primary Objectives Support the Operations Manager in effective leading, growing, and building of the division Build, implement, and manage all systems and processes for the services of Aqua Fox including consulting, training, lead generation, repairs, and personnel Assist with all communication between teams and clients. Create and maintain an service manual that documents all systems and standards for Aqua Fox Assist with coordinating the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all Aqua Fox equipment Keep the Operations Manager informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled with clients, events, or systems Program and curriculum research and development Regular Work Activities Assisting the Operations Manager with ongoing business in the field Communication within the Aqua Fox team, partner Teams, and Clients Customer/vendor relations Leading service team members Safe and proper use of company vehicle Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment. Using pool software to complete daily routes and work orders. Monthly team meetings Maintaining proper licensing for installation of equipment Create and implement training for pool maintenance best practices Continued education on pool industry standards Management Responsibilities Self – We lead others through leading ourselves Bi-Weekly team meetings with focus on accountability and team/individual action items (EOS Meetings) Service team members Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and systems development & implementation skills Technology skills – Skimmer, ISN, MS Office, Email Great ability to focus and execute Concerned about doing things the right way Calm under pressure Learning based Service-based attitude Proven ability to succeed People Contacts & Interaction Aqua Fox Operations Manager – daily General Manager / Integrator – daily Clients – daily / weekly Key Strategic Partners – daily/ weekly JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience, Training 3-5 years of pool service experience – required 2-3 years of pool service management experience – preferred Current RAILS license or ability to obtain in 90 days PERFORMANCE MEASURES We operate at a high level of performance, execution, gaining results, and accountability.
