I have a young cockatiel (about 8 months) that I need to rehome. He is very anxious, and I have tried for 2 months to tame him. However, I'm just not home enough to make the effort consistent and have failed. He has never tried to bite me in the process. I sense that he is unhappy, as he won't play with toys, and flock calls all day. He was clipped by the previous owner so he cannot fly yet. He deserves better, and I hope to find him a home with someone that is home throughout the day to keep him company or has other cockatiels.
