Looking for an immediate foster

Hi my name is Olena, I am looking for an immediate foster for my 2.5 year old labhound until the 24th of July. We just left germany due to a bad relationship and I haven’t been in Jacksonville even a week. Two fosters I had set up both fell through and the landlord will not allow for me to keep him any longer. I cannot take him to a rescue, he already has a home set up at the end of this month. I can drive about an hour distance in any direction, but hell be going to Wilmington if that’s of any help. He’s a loving dog but doesn’t do very good around other animals or small kids because he has only lived with 1 small dog and was always out in the woods. Proffered someone with a yard but he’s good on a leash, just not in really busy places. He has a bit of PTSD towards big dogs due to him getting t-boned by one when he was really young. But he is so good with people and teenagers, he cuddles, loves to act like a lap dog and overall just has good energy all the time. When he’s not playing, he’s asleep. He eats twice a day and is house-trained. He’ll whine at the door if he wants to go outside. He will be provided with food and any extra expenses needed. I just really want to make sure he goes into a good home for time being. If you are interested in fostering please do reach out. If it’s in Jacksonville area, if I can visit him at least once a week that would be a blessing. If not that’s okay and pictures would be fine. I will pick him up on the 24th
