Need Small EPDM Roof Replacement

Licensed builder in need of small 2 square EPDM roof replacement over rear addition on 1-level house. Torch-down rubber roofing is in place now. Need complete tear off, replacement of some plywood, installation of new fiber boards, flashing, and EPDM rubber. As materials have been in really short supply, I’ve been gathering items slowly. All materials are now ready to go and the job is ready to go as soon as you are. In this case, the job is a labor only request. For the future, I’m looking to establish a working relationship with a roofing contractor capable of providing materials, labor, and dumpster for haul away. I pull building permits myself for each job and pay entire balance immediately upon completion of roof work and inspection. In most cases, open roof inspection is required and final inspection can be completed within a day of finishing the roof job. I’m open to down payment as necessary and material purchase if needed. I currently have several shingle tear-off and replacement jobs ready to go at other locations in Oakland county and Wayne county as well. Must be an experienced roofing contractor able to provide pictures of past installations and/or references. Must be insured, licensed contractors are preferred.
