banon client seeking the following position: Periodic Custodian.
Full time position., 5 pm - 2:30 am, Monday through Friday. May also need to be available on weekends from time to time for short days (4 hrs or less).
Drive time from Lebanon to jobsite and back is paid.
Job Description:
Going in for larger cleaning jobs at multiple sites. Scrubbing and waxing floors, some stripping floors and re-waxing, carpet extraction, high dusting, interior and exterior window cleaning etc.
From base of operations in Lebanon, travel to Salem, Eugene or Albany depending on the schedule, either riding with the trainer or in company van. With that said, this client requires a valid driver’s license, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Pay starts at $15.50/hr and can go up from there.
Prior knowledge with floor cleaning preferred.
