ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:   We are looking for Shipper/Receivers to join a family-owned business that manufactures quality residential and commercial roofing products. Our client has been serving its customers both locally and internationally since 1983. The company invests in its employees by providing ample training; therefore previous experience is not required, but having experience is a plus!    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the properly loading and unloading raw materials and finished products on and off trucks.   Operating a sit down forklift and safely moving high value products throughout the warehouse.  Working from a pick list, Identify where items are in the warehouse and yard, picking products and packing. Communicate with drivers and fellow team members to ensure accuracy of the load. Must be comfortable working outside in the elements.   WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Previous experience is preferred, but not required. A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE MUST and the ability to work OVERTIME HOURS. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to pass a forklift certification class and test. Must be able to read a pick list and be able to use inventory software. Must be able to work overtime as necessary, which includes occasional weekends  Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical.  Must be able to lift up to 76 lbs.    WE OFFER: Competitive compensation - $18-$20/hr Retirement savings - 401k.
