We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk / Clerical Support that can be responsible and assist in the following areas of our Customer Service Department: Duties: ● Enter in new orders as they are submitted via website, fax, or email ● Confirm, audit and update orders after product has shipped ● Work / Communicate with multiple departments ● Generate kit letters and/or labels for Production through MS Access database / PrintStream ● Maintain filing system ● Answer phones ● Assist customers via email / phone calls ● Assist Account Manager on special projects as deemed necessary This position will also be the backup to our Receptionist and therefore, should have at least 1 year of experience in a corporate office as a Receptionist Pre-requisites: ● Knowledge of Microsoft office; including excel, word and internet; [MAS200 and/or Access is a plus]*Excellent phone etiquette ● Excellent verbal & written communication skills ● Punctual with flexibility to work extended hours as needed. ● Enjoy working with people is a must. ● Able to work with minimum supervision ● Customer service driven ● Able to multi-task ● Detailed orientated ● Professional appearance*Self-Motivated*Dependable*Organized Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Quality Staffing Services 795 S.
