Maintenance- Full Time needed for a senior apartment community in Woodland. Do you have a construction background or experience in property maintenance?? We are hiring! Duties Include but not limited to: painting, repairing flooring, minor plumbing, simple electrical, and some experience with apartment turns. Seeking an employee who is well organized, communicates well, and can be a team player! Compensation dependent on experience.
