We are looking for healthy hookah smokers who: - Are between 21 and 49 years old - Do not smoke other tobacco products and do not smoke marijuana - Do not have high blood pressure, diabetes or lung disease - Do not take any prescription medication The purpose of the study is to examine the long-term effects of hookah smoking on blood vessel function. Eligible volunteers will be invited to participate in a total of 3 study visits. Ultrasound measurements and blood will be drawn during the visits.
