Taking guns away from law bidding citizens will not stop criminal from killing. If I thought for a moment taking guns from everyone would solve the killing in America I would support it, just not true. Do some research on the history of Venezuela. See what happened very quickly after guns were taken away from law bidding citizens. If that is not enough look up Cuba, China, German, and Russia. The left has turned into a Stalinism organization that knows only destruction and sorrow.
