We are looking for a cleaner for Apartment complex. Task includes but not limited to: * Cleaning Lobbies * Cleaning common Areas * Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types. * Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. * Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. * Emptying trash cans. * Washing and drying windows. * Reporting any damages in the property * Informing the Property Manager of repairs that need to be done in areas where damages is seen.
