Responsibilities: As a Service Technician, you will: • Use diagnostic tools to diagnose and repairs fireplace components to resolve operating problems according to manufacturer’s specifications (including and not limited to ignition systems, gas pressures, venting, mechanical, and house pressure). • Start Up Fireplaces - log placement, glass placement, fire up fireplace for the first time • Learn different product lines • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to insure services are completed and meet quality standards. • Follow all company Safety standards and procedures. • Become part of an organization with a rich history and organizational stability. • Learn the construction industry Required Skills: • Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry • Demonstrate good judgement • Extremely detailed • Strong work ethic • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: • Competitive compensation based upon experience • Health Insurance available through the company Job Type: Full-time
