We are looking for a friendly, energetic, knowledgeable bartender to serve at a Birthday Party in the newly-built, Orchard Hills community in the city of Irvine. The event date is this coming Saturday, July 9th, 2021. There will be about 50 guests there (family members and co-workers.) You will be working outdoors, in the client’s back yard. 07/09/22 this Saturday Bartender Arrival: 5:00PM prep work and setup 1st Drink/Food Served: 6:00PM or slightly earlier Last Drink /Food Served: 10:00PM with option to extend Bartender Departure: 10:15PM cleanup of entire bar area Partial DRINK MENU: • Handmade Margaritas (Traditional, Cadillac, Spicy Jalapeno) • Old Fashioned • Whiskey Sours • Palomas • Moscow Mules • Tequila Sunrise • Lots of simple Vodka drinks • Beer (bottled), Wine, Champagne • Other mixed drinks using Vodka, Tequila, and Bourbon will also be offered. • Juices, sodas, and water will also be offered. QUALIFICATIONS: • MUST have verifiable bartender training/experience. • Must have your own Bartender Kit of bar tools (a “real” kit) • Must be reliable and prompt, and have reliable transportation. • This position is open to both Females and Males. PAY: • Base Pay is $27.50/hr • You also have a TIP JAR with a guaranteed minimum of $80.00 or more (usually much more.0 • You will be paid your entire Base Pay in full via VenMo, Zelle, or your preferred method within two hours after the verified completion of your event. (Almost immediately.) • Guaranteed minimum take-home pay = $224.38 or more, which is $42.75/hr.
