We are currently seeking a full-time, Landscape Technician to be part of our operations team. If you have passion for the landscape industry or recently graduated from a program in Horticulture, Landscape Tech, or a similar subject, we would love for you to join our team! Job Description: A Landscape technician performs physical labor on construction sites, under the supervision of the foreman or project manager. They may prepare sites by cleaning them, loading, or unloading materials and removing hazards. A Landscape technician will also assist running equipment the construction of outdoor living spaces to include: Pools, Patio Covers, BBQ's, Fireplaces, installing irrigation and drainage systems, concrete, pavers, planting, etc. They are essential to residential construction. Familiarity with the topics below is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate if he/she is hard working, enthusiastic, and opened to feedback. Responsibilities: •Follow the direction of the foreman and project manager •Show up on time •Dress professional (Always wear the standard Pacific Breeze Landscape uniform) •Perform physical labor •Travel from site to site •Follow safety procedures •Prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards Job Requirements: •Must Speak English (Bilingual Spanish/English Plus) •Must be able to complete assigned work with efficiency and urgency •Must be familiar with basic tools •Reliable transportation and license (Clean driving record) •Must be a self-starter that can work with little or no supervision •Ability to work some weekends •Ability to lift to 50 Lbs. (Must pass physical)
