Disabled need help

I’m disabled and on a limited income. However, I need some help with fixing up a house— I am hoping to live in some day. I need someone to help (mostly do, as I have limited mobility and medical issues) with: demolition, general labor, construction, occasional lawn mowing, lifting, moving things, etc… I’m willing to teach you any construction skills I may need you to do, if needed. Please be willing to learn, work hard, be physically capable/strong to carry/lift heavy things (no back issues). I can pay CASH daily of $15 an hour (willing to pay more and negotiate based on experience and performance) most days will consist of at least 8 hours. I can work around your schedule and be flexible per your needs. Must have your own transportation to and from the house you will be working on. Or be willing to take bus near by Saint Vincent De Paul Burien Thrift Store, 13445 1st Ave S, Burien, WA 98168 which is near the house. Volunteers would be a godsend and very appreciated. Please no smoking (due to allergies) drug or alcohol usage. References are preferred but not necessary.
