I have a 2 week old kitten from friend. It was abandoned. He cannot pee. I think his urethra is blocked and breathing is hard because his nose is congested. He needs immediate medical attention. I think he can be saved but if he isnt taken to the vet for his bladder to be emptied he will die. If you can afford to help him please call or test Shelley
