LABORER – RESIDENTAL CONSTRUCTION FULL-TIME Locally owned and operated general contractor looking for experienced laborers to join our team. Qualifications and Requirements: • Valid Nevada driver’s license • Reliable transportation • Osha-10 Card • One or more years of experience in construction • Ability to lift heavy equipment • Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines • Reliable and Dependable • Excellent work ethic • Smart Phone • Positive Attitude • Able to receive and follow instructions • Team Player • Think safety on and off the job • Attentive to detail Job Duties: • Cleaning and preparing construction sites • Light construction / carpentry tasks • Loading and unloading materials and equipment • Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures • Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes • Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties • Performs specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. • Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor • Maintain all safety standards Benefits Package: • Health, Dental and Vision with 50% of the total premium of base plan covered (Employee only) • Vacation and Sick Leave Preferred: • High school diploma or equivalent
