I'll be gone for three weeks and want a licensed contractor to work on projects for exchange of rent. Requirement's are that you water my 4 plants and leave the place as clean as you found it, pay $700 security deposit and pass a background check. Downtown NC. Nice space. July 11th / August 5th.
