Looking for comfortable, laid-back housing for myself and my dog. I'm a clean-cut gl guy. I work for myself doing freelance creative projects and occasionally work on the side in hospitality or sales if I feel like dealing with the public. I'm clean and organized and consider myself a minimalist - the space we occupy together or I rent separate will never be cluttered with my stuff or unclean - hope you're clean too. I love outdoor fun so usually away from the house exploring and hiking, cruising around town, swimming, or being lazy at the beach. My dog usually goes everywhere with me if it's not too hot. He's well-behaved, no accidents ever, and doesn't bark. I'm looking to pay no rent for the first month and can provide service whenever you need. I can pay $300 a month after that and we can figure out something that works best for both of us. The idea space would be a mother-in-law suite, attached or detached. Easy access to washer/dryer. Maybe you have a converted garage you're thinking about renting out in exchange or extra income. I'm also open to a roommate situation if you have a larger home or condo. A pool doesn't hurt. I could help with that too. I would live alone in a boring apartment but it gets lonely after awhile and costs of living are outrageous.
