n our 38 years in business we continue to grow and find ourselves once again needing to add a Repairman & quality control position. The Repair Technician is a crucial part of our production department. This position helps keep our customer relationships going strong. Repair tech is responsible for completing multiple minor repair jobs for existing customers each day. When not in the field, repair tech will assist with project managing and/or QC manager. Due to the variety of tasks a Repair Tech can perform, there are different requirements and duties that are not listed but will need to be completed when assigned. Some Duties and Responsibilities Positive attitude with desire to grow and improve. Troubleshoot various issues related to roofing repair/leak. Provide outstanding customer service. Perform minor repairs on roofs, siding, gutters and windows. Able to patch drywall/ perform interior construction with high standards a plus. Precise documentation of work performed. Ability to interact and communicate with customers and office. Ability to work late and/or start early on occasion if needed. Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record Must be able to pass background & Drug test We offer full benefit package after probationary period.
