Grass cutter/maid service

Hi I am looking for someone that can cut grass on days that aren't rain and quick maid services when the weather is bad. We provide a Cub Cadet zero turn. We pay $35/property. Must be able to take clear pictures to endure payment. This is a year round job. Grass cuts turn into fall clean ups then snow removals into spring clean ups and grass cuts again. Maid services are also year round. Pay is weekly.
