Evening Janitor Position

Janitor needed! Maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility such as: sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, washing windows, removal of snow and ice, cleaning of offices, and setting up rooms for meetings when necessary. Monitors and maintains cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, offices, and other spaces as required. May perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. 25-30 hours a week, 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm, M-F Qualifications: • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull • Be able to lift at least 25 lbs • Light maintenance helpful • Cleaning machines experience helpful, but not required Benefits: • Health Insurance available • Matching 403b
