CDL Transmission Restriction Removal

Hello, I reside in Cumberland County, NJ. I am looking to remove a Transmission Restriction, Restriction E from a CDL. In order to be able to drive manual transmission commercial vehicles. Permit to take a road test in a manual is already acquired and expires the end of this month. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I spoke with a CDL school, they were to assist with a box truck for the test. But they're very busy. So an alternative is needed, thanks.
