Installation work is done in partnership with national box retail stores. Our team is seeking a hardworking installer to assist in replacing and installation of new window screens, patio doors, and other specialty solutions. The right candidate will possess the following: Must have excellent customer service skills. A quick learner with the ability to follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to pass a national background check. Time management skills -- Organized with attention to detail. A self-starter with proven problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player. Dependable with reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift 60 pounds. Ability to perform tasks that require significant lifting, standing, bending reaching, stooping, up and down ladders, pushing and/or pulling, and working in the Arizona outdoor environment. Ability to meet deadlines and expectations. If you join the team, you will have the ability to receive, but not limited to: - A company van to be driven to and from job-sites - 401K - Health and Dental insurance options Scheduled days are Monday-Friday with typical hours from 7AM – 4PM, but can vary. Pay is dependent upon experience.
