Full-time Job Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00am - 11:00am Job Description As a Construction Clean-Up Driver. You will perform any combination of cleaning duties to new constructions. You are responsible for properly utilizing "State of the Art" pressure washer to clean New Home Construction (New Concrete) and other various job sites. Duties as follow: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sweeping, moping, general cleaning, dusting, and removal of all trash, window cleaning.. Work will require repetitive motion on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing. Work requires lifting and moving heavy items 50 pounds, anything over 50 pounds requires assistance. load and affix pressure washing equipment to the truck. Fill tanks with water and chemicals and allow to heat. Wash parking garages ensuring efficiently cleaned. Properly dispose of/remove waste water and barricade necessary drains' ensuring that all work performed is EPA compliant. Maintain all equipment and provide quality service at every job. Perform quality maintenance inspections and repairs on all assigned projects, vehicles and equipment. Also, regularly required to bend, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, reach, use hands to finger, handle and/or feel objects, tools or controls.
