Commercial HVAC Mechanical company seeking Installers & experienced Leadman Mechanical contractor seeking experienced Sheet Metal Installers in Las Vegas. We are hiring experienced installers, leadman, and project foremen. We have the work and ready to hire. Come interview and get hired. ~Must be able to read job site plans ~Must have own hand tools ~Must be able to layout and install roof curbs, duct systems and communicate with job site superintendents ~Minimum 2 year’s experience Strong is a family business, we encourage growth within the company and provide training to better one's self in the industry trade. We expect leadman to utilize and interpret blueprints, understand how to assemble, install, and fabricate sheet metal products. Have the knowledge of layout - measure, mark dimensions, communicate clearly to fellow team drew members. Be experienced in brazing, have the understanding and know how to join and fasten seems ensuring long lasting bonds. High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead Ability to install rigid and flexible ductwork. • Install equipment supports, hangers, curbs and platforms. • Install grills, registers and diffusers. Must understand and communicate in English/Spanish Excellent Math Skills, plus know how to use a ruler, scribe, and other trade tools Current valid drivers license - reliable transportation OSHA 10 Construction - Mandatory OSHA 30 Construction preferred for leadman/foreman) Must represent the company in a positive manner, follow policies and procedures set forth by the company and it's general contractor customers.
