At Falling Leaves, we are always looking for the right individual to join our team. Right now, we need people who have experience driving Isuzu landscape maintenance trucks for both our construction and maintenance crews. We are also looking for Team Leaders. A valid GA driver's license with no violations for the past 3 years, and a second form of ID are REQUIRED. All job offers are pending background check and drug screening. The Enhancement Team Leader (ETL) provides leadership and direction to the Enhancement team. This person will have constant interaction with the Enhancement Group Leader and Team Members. The ETL serves as the working supervisor on the job site and is actively involved in the complete hardscape, plant, and soft-scape installation. Organization using 5S on job-site, trucks, and warehouse areas is key to production and organization. Individual must be organized and have strong attention to detail. This position requires a strong work ethic and is committed to achieving goals. The Maintenance Team Leader (MTL) provides leadership and direction to the Maintenance team. This person will have constant interaction with the Group Leader and Team Members. The MTL serves as the working supervisor on the job site and is actively involved in the complete maintenance, mowing and trimming techniques on a daily basis. Organization skills are a must to ensure safety for team members, truck and job-sites. A commitment to quality of work within the budgeted hours. Individual must be organized and have strong attention to detail. Our ideal candidates must be responsible for driving the Team safely; and be flexible enough to work with different personalities. Our teams usually run Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:45pm, with some opportunity for extra hours on Friday's when needed. We do check references, so you must be able to provide at least three professional references. You must be able to show your years of experience driving a truck at previous landscape employers.
