The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers Local No.149 is actively looking for Roofers and Waterproofers of all experience levels. However, no experience is necessary. Earn while you learn! We will train you in our state of the art training center that is accredited by the U.S. Department of Labor. The starting minimum rate of pay for Persons with no experience is $17.00 The starting minimum rate of pay for a Foreperson is $32.88, plus another $19.38 in fringe benefits. Fringe benefits include a pension and premium healthcare for you and your dependents that includes dental and vision. All of this ON TOP of your wages! No money will ever be deducted from your wages to cover the cost of these benefits.
