Hiring maintenance technicians to fill full time positions, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30 pm, in Clinton, IA. Qualified applicants only need apply. Responsbilities include but not limited to; * Routine maintenance /repair of apartments. * Responsible for apartment turns. * Insure all maintenance requests are complete by end of day. * Completes projects assigned by property manager. * Performs grounds upkeep on a daily basis. Requirements; * Tools: Must provide own basic tools. * Minor experience with heating and air conditioning, general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing and appliance repair. * Flexible schedule * Must have reliable transportation to complete jobs at all 4 complexes.
