PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND COMPLETE AN APPLICATION: WILL TASK TRAIN OUT OF OUR LONGMONT, CO PLANT FOR 2-3 MONTHS THEN WORK OUT OF BRIGHTON PLANT.  PURPOSE:   Loader, Haul Truck, Excavator  and other types of large equipment used for  moving, grading and compacting earth, sand, gravel, stone and other materials. Conducts routine daily inspections of equipment and maintains equipment in a clean and safe manner.  Key Responsibilities:  Operates blade, dozer's, loaders, excavators, haul trucks or other types of large equipment used for moving, grading and compacting earth, sand, gravel, and stone. Loads material into bins, into crusher, into trucks or into plant Moves earth or other materials from one location to another Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment;  Maintains appearance of equipment, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels and performs minor repairs as needed Keeps equipment clean and orderly Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times Completes paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required Performs the day-to-day activities of a plant (Quarry), duties could include tasks associated with maintaining the stationary equipment of various plants Maintains and reviews maintenance logs for repairs Communicates with drivers and crew which includes supervisor, loader operators and laborers KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent.   REQUIRED: Minimum of one year of experience with Blade, Dozer's, Haul Truck, Excavators, Loaders and other types of large equipment used for sand & gravel, and stone.  REQUIRED: Valid Driver’s License.  Comprehensive health care benefits (medical, prescription, dental, and vision) Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off (holidays, vacation, and parental leave) Health and well-being benefits (incentive-based plan, Employee Assistance Program, and Financial Wellness) Financial security (life and disability benefits) Educational Assistance Certain positions are eligible for incentive compensation in the form of a discretionary annual bonus.
