Our ideal fit is individuals with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field working on residential AND commercial properties. This role requires the ability to install and repair plumbing systems in addition to installing fixtures and domestic appliances associated with heating, cooling and sanitation systems. Minimum Requirements: Valid plumbing license. Up to date Workers Compensation that must be able to be verified upon receiving job leads. A minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. Use of your own tools and equipment. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Job Responsibilities: Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs as needed. Performing preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems to fix issues at hand. Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. Adhering to all rules and safety regulations set by UPC.
