“he’s at AWL which is a no kill shelter, so it’s really weird. They deemed him “aggressive and unpredictable” when really he seems to just be reactive to his environment because of his anxiety. Previous owner said he hasn’t been aggressive in the past until this event. He needs to find the right environment. So it’s up to my friend to find him a new home because the shelter says they can’t in good conscious let him be adopted while on “bite quarantine”. And all other rescues/shelters have been contacted and are full so can’t accept him” Today is the last day
