PADDLE-BOARD CLASSES ARE HERE at the newly renovated Lake Pacawa! Classes are welcome to beginners and all fitness levels. We will do some stretching, balance work, and lower body exercises.
Here at The Garden, we are passionate about providing programming, tools, and resources guided towards improving your holistic health. Let’s face it, times are tough right now retaining employees and mental health issues are at an all time high. We want to help improve your wellness!
$35 Cost includes: Board rental, snacks, bottled water, life vest, 30 min class with a guided instructor.
Bring: Comfortable clothes to paddle in ideally a swim suit and cover up or shorts. We recommend wearing sandals to the lake however they can’t be worn on the board.

Being outdoors is an important part of our development and without proper exposure, it can put mental health and wellbeing at t risk. The average American spends about four to seven minutes “playing” outside and over seven hours a day in front of a screen. Spending time outdoor isn’t just enjoyable it’s also necessary. According to the National Association for Education, being outdoors promotes strong language skills, creativity, social intelligence, and confidence. Paddle board strengthens balance and allows you to build motor skills, increase physical health and develop a habit of being active. It also helps create higher attention spans and lower stress levels.
