Description

In early 2022, the City of Catoosa began an initiative to update the city’s comprehensive and unified development code. In addition, the City began working on a plan that sets the stage for a new downtown area that would include commercial, restaurants, retail, residential, municipal and community services in a traditional downtown development pattern. City staff, elected officials and the consultant team invites the community to meet the design team and see what is forming in the emerging plans, prior to the public reveal of the plans on Saturday July 23rd.
