Join Vive NW and TV Jam on Saturday July 23rd, 2022 to summit Angel’s Rest in Oregon's “Waterfall Alley.” This is a moderate to difficult hike with high elevation gain, but worth the reward! The 4.5-mile round trip begins through forest landscapes and crosses two waterfalls before heading over large rocks and boulders to reach the bluff above the river. The rock of Angel’s Rest is part of a million-year-old lava flow from Larch Mountain. At the summit, we will experience jaw-dropping views of the Gorge that includes Beacon Rock, Silver Star Mountain, and the Columbia River. From here we will drive to Hood River where we will enjoy lunch from a local restaurant and spectacular views of the Columbia River Gorge. Join Vive NW on this adventure for only $35 per person.
