Furniture - dining table, hutch, desk, dresser, chest, bookcase....Linens, lots of kitchen items, Christmas items, beach chairs, umbrellas, rakes and shovels... and much much more! **Parking is limited and will only be allowed in certain designated areas. Terms & Conditions Terms of Tag Sale: 1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase. 2. No prices given prior to sale. 3. No pre-sales. 4. Items must be removed without damage to the house. 5. Please bring muscle for loading of large items, we do not load furniture. 6. Not responsible for accidents. 7. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! 8. All purchased items must be removed from premises by the end of the sale! 9.
