Description

Something that is impossible, seems very difficult to do, until you do it! During our panel discussion you will hear and learn from women who are walking in their purpose after overcoming some of the toughest situations in life. This panel's theme is “Embracing The Pressure.” When you have a dream and a goal, walking towards it gets hard. You may look at other people who are living a life similar to the one that you desire. But though a diamond is beautiful, it was made under pressure. The most inspiring women motivate us to dream bigger and to accomplish everything we’re capable of achieving because they are resilient despite the odds. During this panel, we will give the audience tips and tools, while also sharing our story– the difficult parts too. Panelist:Bri'Ann Stephens: Bri’Ann Stephens is an energetic, non-stop- working, fast-speaking, God-fearing, creative woman. Since 2016 she has hosted events, conferences and concerts centered around providing opportunities for women. Bri’Ann Stephens is a 29 year old black woman who has struggled with depression and who has been addicted to a toxic lifestyle. Through prayer, mentors, purpose and sharing her story she has been able to create a life that she does not want to escape from. She is an expert in starting a company, growing a company, growing a team, public speaking, mental health, business coaching, communication, discovering your purpose, pivoting through life’s circumstances, going from addiction to acceleration and so much more. Tiffany McCardell: Tiffany McCardell is a Professional Certified Life Coach who received her certification in November 2020. One of her many talents is helping people unlock all of their potential so their lives are fulfilling. Currently she creates content on social media platforms, writes phenomenal blogs that you can read on her website, speaks on podcasts and at events. She encourages and motivates the underdog. As far back as she can remember her desire has always been to help others in every facet of life; whether it be financially, spiritually, socially, as a friend, as a supporter, as a mom, as a daughter, and as a wife. The gift of her job is not necessarily solving her clients problems; the goal is to help her clients organize their unorganized thoughts. Everything she does is centered on Christ principles and assisting her clients to reach their God-given talents, goals and dreams is her greatest reward! Dejanell Mullen: Dejanell Mullen is a young, thriving and successful Esthetician, business owner, wife, and mother. Dejanell is a 25 year old black woman who has had life struggles, had two kids and a young age, gotten married all while running a very hands on business. She knew that her story could help a lot of young moms out there so she also started up another business named Blossom. Blossom is a non- profit organization that encourages, motivates and inspire many women and moms out there. Through prayer, dedication and hard work she is proof that you can do whatever you put your mind to as long as you include God in everything that you do because without him their wouldn’t be a HER. Victoria Anderson: VIC is an independent Filmmaker and Producer. She is a Film Production graduate from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana who gained majority of her influence from working and assisting on sets anywhere from Netflix films written and directed by Spike Lee all the way to indie films produced by some of the South’s top creatives. As a current Houston, Texas resident she curates visual art for brand clients and influencers as well as films and edits network broadcasts for several states across the South, from Texas to Georgia.
