Wu Qin Xi (Five Animal Frolics) - One of the oldest forms of qi gong that mimics animal movements of the tiger, deer, bear, monkey and crane. Regular practice of this qi gong is said to improve
functioning of the Lung/Large Intestine (Metal Element ‐ tiger), Liver/Gall Bladder (Wood Element ‐ deer), Kidneys/Bladder (Water Element ‐ bear),
Spleen/Stomach (Earth Element ‐ monkey), and Heart/Small Intestine (Fire Element ‐ crane) respectively.

Led by Brent Thomas
Brent has been studying Qi Gong for over 20 years and teaching for over a decade. He has a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine from the Texas Health and Science University (formerly the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and has taught at the Paleo f(x)™ conference as well as festivals such as Art Outside, Sonic Bloom and SolarPunk Summit. He currently teaches at the 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge in the village at Casa de Luz and Shuniya Yoga Collective in Austin Texas.
