The Holistic Sunday Series is not your typical workshop. It is a community conversation where we discuss various topics each month. Everyone is invited. We ask for donations, but it is up to you if you have the means and feel called to donate. August's topic will be Safe Herbs for the Elderly. When we talk about herbs for the Elderly, we generally talk about tonics. We will discuss what a tonic is and how to use them. What else would you like to know? You’re welcome to send questions to Lynn ahead of time so they can get answered. Remember herbalists are not doctors and do not diagnose or prescribe. We work with you to provide support for your whole body. We work to educate you, so you can help yourself. Education is key.
