Yoga and running are perfect bedfellows. No matter what your current pace, if you're a runner, you want to be a faster, more efficient runner. And yoga can help you achieve those goals.
You need zero yoga experience! Come and join a USATF-certified running and jumping coach (Raziq Rauf) and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher for a set of beginner-friendly instructive yoga flows that will help you shave minutes off your race time.
After the physical exertions, we will convene for a beer-fueled roundtable discussion where we will share ways to achieve your running goals via yoga.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel.
