GC seeks experienced carpenter (s) with a good & responsible lead person, interior and siding sub contractors only. Must have all tools, trucks/ vehicles, ability to get some materials if necessary. Paid by the job and must pass homeowner's / manager's approval. Signed agreements so no surprises if requested. Poor workmanship, unacceptable quality will not be tolerated nor acceptable for payments. No deposits paid on labor only work. Carpentry, drywall, text, paint, tile, etc. I do not seek anyone who has to be taught or watched all day on how to perform good, skilled workmanship, using proper tools at all times. NO drugs, smoking inside houses or loud music etc. We all know what good tradesmen should provide for fair wages. This is a 1099 arrangement only. Most work is North of 1960, Belt 8.
