Pure Barre is providing the Lift.Tone.Burn and 450 North is providing everyone who attends the class 21+ years of age with a FREE beer! Join us for a great workout, cold beer, and socializing after! Tell your friends and sign up today! More Details: Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to secure your spot and sign a liability waiver. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and either wear either tennis shoes, just socks, or go barefoot for class. Please also bring your ID if you are 21+ years of age and we'll provide the rest!
