Apply your new knowledge of calories, sodium, sugar, saturated fat and protein in the grocery store. Enjoy the feeling of being a confident, healthy shopper. Experiences are limited to 5 participants per session. If you have questions, please contact Miranda Henry, Healthy Choices Coordinator, at [email protected] or (802) 255-5575.
