Description

In a relaxed and encouraging environment through a live class, expectant mothers learn about the immediate and long-term benefits of breast feeding for both mother and baby. Discussion on how to recognize early hunger cues; proper latching techniques; various feeding positions; as well as in depth breast pump and milk storage education are discussed. This class is open to all pregnant and expectant families regardless of their provider. Parents and family support persons are encouraged to attend. If a family is medically unable to attend in person , a zoom link can be sent through email, prior to the class.
