Plumbing- Add a washer hook-up 5' Run

Need a washer hookup of the water lines and drain line. I have an outside sink very close, so the plumbing run has to be about only 5'. Inside wall is tiled, so I will remove outside siding while you're here. Inside wall where hookup will be is sheetrock. Job is in Lafayette, just a few blocks from the freeway (24).
