small back yard help with weed pulling- in rohnert park

very small yard with tall weeds and grass that is not supposed to be there - also have a soil filled fish pond--- little but deep---and want to dig up--enough to put holes in the bottom part of the fish pond I have a shovel and gloves---should take 3 hours or less\ pay $25 an hour see photo of the yard---what needs pulling-- having a birthday party for my daughter and want it cleaned up asap
