Wayside Landscaping is seeking highly motivated and skilled landscape foreman, who are knowledgeable of plant material, experienced with brick pavers, retaining walls, stone work, grading and seeding and use of various equipment. Driver’s license required. Job Description: Responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner under that authority. This person is expected to lead a crew of 2-3 people, knowledgeable in plant growth habits, perform trimming and sculpting of plant material and extremely detailed orientated. Responsibilities: • Work as part of a team and direct a crew • Communicate and coordinate with the Landscape managers and crew • Follow best practices of installation and company standards • Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times • Other duties as required Requirements: • Previous landscape installation experience • Clean driving record • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated • Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment • Good time management skills • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background • Punctual and dependable • Polite and courteous Great pay with benefits based on experience Please fax resumes to (716) 297-6169 or call (716) 297-3811 for an interview, ask for Rachael.
